How I Manage Accounts at 15 Different Sportsbooks Without Losing My Mind

Line shopping requires multiple accounts. Here's my system for keeping everything organized.

I have accounts at 15 different sportsbooks. Some people think I'm crazy. But managing multiple books is essential for serious betting—you need it for line shopping, bonus extraction, and redundancy when you get limited.

Here's my system for keeping it all organized:

The master spreadsheet:

I have a Google Sheet with every account: book name, username, current balance, deposit method, withdrawal method, and any notes (like if they have a pending bonus or if I've been limited).

I update this weekly, usually on Sundays after the sports day ends. It takes about 15 minutes and ensures I always know exactly where my money is.

The bankroll split:

Not all books deserve equal funding. I rank them by: - Line quality (how often they have the best price) - Prop availability (some have way better props than others) - Withdrawal speed (how long it takes to get my money) - Limit risk (how likely they are to restrict winning bettors)

My top three books hold about 50% of my total bankroll. The next five hold about 35%. The remaining seven hold about 15%, just enough to hit specific promotions or capture occasional good lines.

The deposit/withdrawal system:

I do a monthly rebalancing. If one book's balance has grown significantly, I withdraw the excess. If another has dwindled, I deposit. This prevents too much of my bankroll being stuck in any single place.

I use a dedicated debit card for all sports betting transactions. This makes tracking easy and keeps my gambling separate from regular finances.

The login manager:

With 15 accounts, remembering passwords is impossible. I use a password manager (1Password) with unique, strong passwords for each book. This is also a security measure—if one book gets hacked, my other accounts are safe.

The notification system:

I have each book's app on my phone with notifications enabled for promotions only. When a good bonus drops, I see it. But I keep bet notifications off—I don't need my phone buzzing every time a line moves.

Is this overkill for most bettors? Probably. But if you're serious about profitability, infrastructure matters. The extra 30 minutes per week I spend managing accounts easily pays for itself in better lines and captured bonuses.
